This was for a 20th wedding anniversary present. Alan wanted something that had a striking and unique twist to a practical object. His wife loves silver and needed somewhere to keep her necklaces, hence the “wardrobe” design.

I used laminations of american walnut and pau amarello for main wardrobe, with american walnut for the draws inside. The knobs and feet were hand crafted in solid silver by renowned silversmith Gerald Gilbert.
