Nick came up with a truly imaginative design which not only encapsulated aspects of the tour, but also embodied the golden threads of the Regiment. As a piece of art it subtlety challenges the norms of Mess furniture while still fitting in to the Mess environment. Hopefully it will be around as a reminder of the tour and a record of those who have gone before for many years to come."
